SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Handling

• Player Brand Biltong ships only to the Continental United States.
• Orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are delivered between 5-7 business days.
• Backorders are cancelled unless we are notified by customer.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS is our default Shipping Method.  Special orders may ship via UPS or FedEx.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Return Shipping (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1005 Lake Avenue, Suite 210, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
